Courses
All classes are
accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists so students can be assured
of gaining insurance. Available courses are:
Manicure/Pedicure Class
1 or 2 days @ £95 each
This
course is an ideal start for anyone who wishes to attend a beginner's
course in nail application or simply wishes to learn the manicure or
pedicure treatments.
Manicure or Pedicure classes are 1 day each and can be covered in 2
consecutive days if both are required.
You
will need: A model , tools of the trade and a manicure/pedicure kit in
your chosen system, plus professional attire. Please call me if you
need to purchase a kit or tools of the trade.

Nail Art Workshop
1 day @ £110
This
3 1/2 hr workshop is designed to introduce you to the fun world of nail
art and covers all of the basic steps to produce fantastic results for
manicure, pedicure and enhancement clients. You don't have to be
artistic, you just need to know how to work with the products. A
relaxed, fun filled class.
Class covers: Striping,
French and plain polish, Diamante, Flatstones, Hand Painting,
Decals and Stickers, Striping, Dots and Nail Art Canes.
You will
need: Tips and a full nail art kit (£25 - includes everything you will
need to learn nail art on the day and also get you started with your
clients! ) This is available to purchase on the day.

Beginners
Foundation Course
4 days @ £395 + Kit (£160)
For
the complete beginner, tthis course is designed to cover all aspects of
the industry including nail anatomy, health and hygiene, product
knowledge and product chemistry. Each course requires the purchase of a student
kit which includes tools of the trade and supplys you with enough products and
materials to complete your course and homework, as well as getting you
started in your new business. (This course is spread over 3 weeks to
allow study and homework to be achieved.)
A general overview of what the course covers is as follows:
Day 1 - Salon Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Anatomy
& Physiology, Client Consultation
Day 2 - Natural Nail Preparation, Product Knowledge, Sculptured Nails
(where applicable), Tip Application
Day 3 - Smile Line Application (Pink & Whites) where
applicable), Finishing and Perfecting Techniques
Day 4 - Nail Maintenance: Infill, Rebalance, Repairs, Removal.
Assessments: Practical & Theory
You will need: Kit and Tools of the Trade which I can supply

Advanced
Design Classes
The
following classes are designed to teach qualified nail technicians to
develop skills and techniques using coloured acrylic/gel applications,
thus enhancing the services you offer, generating more income. A 1 day gel conversion course is available on request.
Design Coloured Acrylic Class
1 day @ £130 (no kit required)
Class Covers: Colour fades, Fun French, 3D, & Marketing!
You will need: A model, full working kit plus your tools of the trade,
and professional attire

Masquerade
Class
1 day @ £130
This
class is designed to share techniques and secrets of how to deal with
challenging nails and the various applications - if you've ever
wondered how to cope with nail biters or deal with clients damaged nail
plates, this is the class for you.
Class covers: Nail Bed Extending, Camouflaging and much more
You
will need: A model, full working acrylic kit including all glitter
powders, plus your tools of the trade, and professional attire
You will receive: A Nail Heaven certificate to display with pride!
Encapsulation Class
1 day @ £95
Ideal for the technician who wants to add something extra to their
client's nails!
Class covers: Encapsulation techniques using mixed media such as
crushed shell, icy mylar, bullion beads and much more.
You
will need: A model, full working kit with coloured/glitter powders plus your
tools of the trade, and professional attire. Embellishments are
available to purchase on the day if desired.
You will receive: A Nail Heaven certificate to display with pride and a
small selection of mixed media
Make an Impression Class
1 day @ £110 (Impressions kit available @ £45)
Learn how to incorporate impressed acrylic designs into the salon -
setting yourself above your competitors!
Class covers: Marketing, tools and products, application techniques
You
will need: Full working acrylic kit, tools and tips so that you can
take home your work to display. Coloured powders are available to use
throughout the class.

Minx Nails
Half day @ £75
Learn how to apply Minx nails.
Class covers: application techniques
You
will need: A model and tools of the trade. A full working kit
(optional) is available to purchase in advance at a cost £135, a basic
kit is available for £55.

1-2-1 Tuition
£35 per hour
These
sessions will be structured to cover your specific needs and problem
areas in relation to nail enhancement techniques. This course is ideal
for Technicians wishing to update their skills following a break from
the industry or who require specific skill training in areas such as
perfect smile line application, filing techniques, perfect product
application etc..
Tuition can be done in the following: Trouble
Shooting, Problem Solving, Sculpting, Application Techniques, Tip
Application, Maintenance, Smile Lines, Finishing Techniques or any of
the above classes.
You will need: A model, full working kit plus your tools of the trade
and professional attire.
