At Nail Heaven, my philosophy is to calm, pamper and refresh you from the moment you enter the studio.

A space where you can relax and let me do all the hard work!

My time is exclusively available for you, to help, advise and recommend the best treatments, products and homecare regimes to prolong the wellbeing of your hands and feet. All services are performed in my bijou Studio which provides you with comfort and relaxation along with privacy.

Many different manicures, pedicures, enhancements and nail art services are offered. All of the treatments I use are the best in their field of technology and include the use of premium trusted brands such as EzFlow Nail Systems, Orly and NFU.Oh Nail Creation. All of my nail enhancements are safe - I do not use the chemical MMA in the enhancement Liquid. Important StudioInformation

Please note that due to Health & Safety regulations, I operate a no smoking policy within the salon and am unable to accommodate children not having a service under the age of 8 yrs unless supervised by another adult.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND LATE ARRIVALS

It is vital that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule or your service may be cut short. Please call if you are running late. If I still haven't heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, I will consider you a "no show".

I understand that emergencies do happen but if you are unable to make it for any reason I would appreciate it if you would give me a call as soon as possible to avoid being charged a £5 reschedule fee. I do operate a waiting list and this is often full, it is only fair that I pass on your cancelled appointment to the top of the list.

I only see your nails for a few hours a month, the rest of the time they are your responsibility. Since I can't be there at all times to keep an eye on how you are treating your hands, I cannot be responsible for damage to your nails once you leave the salon. I do hope you understand.
